  The drinks here are soooo good! Never had a dish I didn't like..even the apps. Great ambiance. Great day night restaurant..even if it's just to sit at the bar for a drink

  I have to agree with other Yelpers . This place is a mehhhh... kinda experience. It's the Applebee's of Chinese food. It's Saturday night , after pumpkin picking we decided to grab some Chinese food. Decided on PF Changs for the family dinner. Made a reservation for 6 people at 6 pm and now as I am writing the review at the bar , it's 6.30 pm and we have not been seated . And that's with a reservation. My advice make sure you make a reservation for some kind of seat. Finally we are seated . After my second visit to the hostess we were seated . The hostess actually said " who are these people " as she forgot we were waiting for a table .
  Finally as got a table and it's not even clean. I still can sticky rings from previous patrons dishes. But I understand the staff is overrun on a Saturday night. I also do see massive sticky ( almost ) blob on the outside of wine glass. I keep thinking it's wine there is alcohol so most likely it will kill it . Now it's 6.45 and we didn't even get water. Finally my brother got up and got the waiter and we just heard bottles only beer.  They are out of beer . They only have bottles of Asian beer but they have crazy list of beer .
  Ahhhh whaaaatttts going on , what the point of having such a long list and saying it's only bottles . Waiter was kind of aggressive in his explanation. Any of the beers could have been bottles , he could have said only Asian beers.
  They got my order incorrectly . But made up giving a free kung po chicken and two orders of shrimp
  Kung po for free.

  Well we gave it some time and decided to try it again and it's a massive joke!!!  We waited 30 minutes at our booth and every 5 minutes the Lackadaisical waiter would walk by and say just a minute...  we finally got up and walked out which is a first for us.   This place has no staff, no skills and no business being called a P.F. Chang...  The staff was bitching the entire time and looked miserable..  We did have drinks at the bar prior to being seated as we wanted a booth, there were only about 5 family's seated but the other 20 booths were stacked with old food as no one was clearing tables....  100% will NOT be returning to this joke of a restaurant..  Time to shut it down

  Food is only fair.  Service is horrendous! I have always loved PF Chang. That being said; we went to the Westbury Restaurant last Sunday night at around 7:00 PM.  The restaurant was empty.  There was no one at the reception desk with four parties waiting.  It was 10 minutes before anyone showed up to seat the waiting parties (only after I sought out the manager.)  Service in the restaurant was slow and other than dropping the entrees on the table there were no plates given for splitting our dishes.  Dishes arrived one at a time with long intervals in between. Our server was nowhere to be found and when we asked another server to help us; we were ignored.

  I came here for the first time which is surprising because everyone around me has tried P.F. Chang's and loved the food. I totally get it now.
  
  We arrived on a busy Saturday and it was about a 10-15 minute which isn't bad at all considering you need to make reservations two hours beforehand. Anyways, we got seated in a really nice and comfy booth and I thought the interior of the place was pleasing and the ambience was perfect.
  
  Our waiter was very accommodating(I think his name was kb or kp) and for starters he suggested we get their signature lobster wontons and they were delicious!!
  
  For our entrees we ordered Singapore Black Pepper Chicken, Wok Steak and Kung Pao Shrimp).
  
  For dessert we had chocolate cake and that was SOOO GOOD! (I think I love chocolate a little too much)
  
  Everything tasted really good but the wait for the food was a little long but you can tell they made if fresh!!
  
  Will definitely love to come back here again!
